End of July Newsletter

Hey Meadows members-

Between junior tennis tournaments, swim meets/socials, team tennis and a fantastic party on the 4th, we had a busy July. Thanks to Anne Marie, Mike, Brian and their amazing staffs for a great month. We appreciate everyone working their summer activities around the construction (which is going very well BTW).

If you haven’t seen the new virtual clubhouse, click through the link below to see the cool work Bray Architecture is doing for us.

Speaking of construction, we are going to have to start paying for all this work at some point so, effective September 1st, all membership dues categories will increase $17 per month. We will pro-rate the new charges for those quarterly and annual paid in full folks. Your Meadows BOD along with our Finance and Construction Committees have worked extremely hard to keep the monthly increase below the $20 target that was approved last year. The dues sheet is linked below.

We didn’t have enough to do this summer so our new CRM software is another little project keeping us busy. Quite a few of you have already given us a means for auto-payment, but we would eventually like to have all members’ checking account number for EFT or debit/credit card on file for monthly billing. Your financial info on file is encrypted so no security worries. To hasten this process, all members who have set up auto-pay and get their picture on file by August 31st will be entered into a drawing for their first month of new and improved dues FREE! Stop by the trailer and we’ll get you set up and entered into the drawing.

We don’t slow down much in August hosting two tennis tourneys and sign-ups begin for fall programs. The club calendar link is below.

A big thanks to all of you for putting up with the craziness as we figure out the best ways to keep everyone safely enjoying the club this summer. Your feedback and great ideas have helped us adapt to the chaos and keep things rolling. Keep those suggestions coming and we’ll see you at the club!
