Booking Tennis Courts is for Members Only
We have fourteen tennis courts: five indoor, four with a backboard, four lighted outdoor, two clay courts. We also have two platform tennis courts. The courts may be reserved between 6:00am and 12:00am. Please be on time to your court reservation – you forfeit your reservation after 15 minutes!
When reserving a court, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
1. Courts may be reserved up to five days in advance of the court time. (7:00 a.m., five days prior.)
2. There may be only one reservation per adult member per day.
3. Juniors may not make court reservations.
4. Reservations may be cancelled online or with the front desk as late as 24 hours prior to the court reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.
5. Courts that are cancelled after the cut off will be charged 1⁄2 of the court fee.
6. “No-shows” will incur the full cost of the court fee.
7. Indoor court reservations may only be made within the designated time-slots.
8. All court reservations may be made for 1.5 hours with some 1 hour slots depending upon scheduling.
9. When possible, please leave court 8 open for the use of the ball machine. Court 4 inside.
10. Courts 1 & 2 cannot be reserved by members at any time – these are pro courts.
11. It is important that you list the name of all members and guests that will be playing on a court at the time of a reservation to ensure correct billing.
12. No member may cancel more than 4 booked courts in one month. Exceeding these cancellation guidelines will result in loss of court reservation privileges for 1 month.
Indoor court fees:
1. Indoor courts are pay-to-play in the winter months. Indoor court fees do not apply between May-September. ($44/1.5hrs (9am-6pm) $33/1.5hr (6am-9am) Free after 9pm)
Ball Machine
1. Court 8 outside or Court 4 or 5 inside may be reserved for the use of the ball machine.
2. Members may purchase a subscription for the ball machine annually ($85)
3. The ball machine may also be rented for $10/occurrence plus court fees (if applicable).
4. No junior under the age of 18 may use the ball machine without adult supervision. Juniors may not reserve the ball machine courts.
