Wow! Lots of stuff going on!

The valuation came in this week where we wanted it so we are tearing this place down next week. Wednesdayafternoon the clubhouse will be closed and we will be moving the entrance and front desk to the trailer between the playground and the sand volleyball court. The back hoe arrivesThursday to begin the demo and we start the new configuration on entering and utilizing (see the map on the left) the facilities. Keep informed and feel free to comment on our construction blog.

I failed to mention in the last update that the locker rooms will be minimally affected for swimmers and tennis players. Also, the wi-fi networks that you are accustomed to: “Meadows Clubhouse” (pswd clubhouse) and “Meadows Pool Guest” (pswd meadowspool) will be available and if you are a Comcast cable subscriber, there is now a really beefy hot spot in our parking lot called “XFINITY”.

Also on Wednesday, our new CRM software will be available to reserve courts, sign up for programs, view bills and pay for them online or with an automatic bank draft or card on file. Our new website is up now at www.meadowsclub.org

Our Club Automation trainer from Chicago will be here to assist us in going live next week on Monday and Tuesday.
