Clubhouse is Being Prepared for Demolition

The clubhouse is being prepped for demo and all entry to the club is now via the swim gate to the west of the pool. The front desk is in the trailer so please check in when you arrive at the club. We are building steps to the window for snack bar purchases and member service assistance.

We are still tweaking the logistics of living in a construction zone, but a couple of early needs are being addressed.
* The tennis route to courts #6-14 along the east side of the tennis building needs more trimming and a path is being built by our construction crew.
* We are putting two small refrigerators outside of the court #3 door for food and drink storage closer to your tennis matches.
* A tent will eventually provide shade and shelter just south of the platform courts.
* A porta-potty will be installed on the west side of court #6 to keep the bathroom trips under a 1/2 mile each way.

Please refrain from cutting across the indoor courts to get from the pool area to the outdoor courts.

Also, demolition and construction staging has some inherent risks so please DO NOT enter or exit the club from the alley along the west side of courts #1 and 6 during the hours that the construction crews are working. The construction company has been asked to direct people back to the east side and exit through the pool gate.

Just a quick reminder… there is a swim meet Saturday so the pool does not open until 2 pm.

I’m in the lifeguard office or out by the pool (or the pond) so if you have any questions, comments or concerns please do not hesitate to ask. All of our staff and workers appreciate your patience during this chaotic time and we’ll see you at the club!
