The 2020 Fall Indoor Season is 11 played weeks beginning September 27th, excluding the week of November 22nd-28th. We are now accepting applications through the Front Desk. The deadline for applications is Monday, August 24th at 12:00pm. If a lottery is needed, the lottery for the Fall PCT Session will be held on August 25th at 12:00pm in the Clubhouse. Members are invited to attend the lottery, but it is not required.
Please take note of two important updates to the PCT rules this Fall:
1. Please keep in mind that the indoor mask rule may still be in effect or may return during the Fall PCT Season. Purchasing a PCT slot is committing to pay for that slot regardless of the changing guidelines.
2. NEW THIS FALL: With each PCT purchase, your group will receive one indoor court AND one outdoor court for your time slot. Both courts may be used during your allotted time, but if you will not be using one of your courts, please notify the Front Desk to release your court.
With current mask use guidelines and unpredictable weather in mind, we wanted to offer members more flexibility with PCT purchases. For that reason, we are offering TWO courts for each purchased slot: one indoor and one outdoor. We hope that this gives you the option to decide where you would like to play. Please be aware that there may not be enough lit courts to meet the demand of everyone playing after sundown. Lit courts will be rotated equally between PCT groups if needed.
No billing changes may be made after the application deadline!
