Meadows Club Board of Directors Meeting – April 21, 2009

Meeting called to order by Richard Leddon

No public participation

March 19, 2009 meeting minutes amended and approved

Kirk Jamison was welcomed to the Board. He will chair the membership committee,

he will analyze current membership status levels and see if they are working well, or

in need of re-vamping. Kirk will also work on the new members “welcome basket”

Facilities Report:

Not reported on this month

Staff Report:

KJ reports that general court maintenance is going on, the pool is being filled and readied

for May 15 swim team practices, and that the platform courts are being installed

Tennis clinics and programs are well attended. The on-line court reservation system is

ordered and should be up and running by May 1

KJ and Kate are working on a new system to correlate all guest visits to members. Members

will still be asked to sign in at the front desk every time they come in to use the Club

Committees:

All committee reports are tabled until May Board meeting

General Information:

Richard Leddon will continue to work on gaining non-profit status for the Club, he will

ask for assistance from the membership
